Refund policy

Tap Tip + Go does offer a limited 15-day refund policy and 30-day replacements for non-working products. To be eligible for a refund and/or replacement, customers must return the original product at their own shipping expense within 15 days of purchase. The GoBand™ must be undamaged and in its original condition. Upon return for a product refund, your Tap Tip + Go account and profile page will be deactivated, and you will receive a refund within 7 days after we receive the product. If you are receiving a replacement instead of a refund, your account will remain active, and you can continue to use your QR code in the meantime.
