Terms and Conditions for Tap Tip + Go

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tap Tip + Go website ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Tap Tip + Go offers an NFC-enabled wearable bracelet (“GoBand™”) and a personal profile page (TapTipandGo.com) that, when used together, enables Tip Tap + Go customers ("Users") to display links to third-party payment applications for receiving tips. 

3. Parent Company

Tap Tip + Go and its associated products, including GoBand™, are owned and operated by Tip Work LLC, the parent company.

4. User Obligations

  • Users must ensure that all links provided are accurate, functional, and lead to legitimate third-party payment platforms. Tap Tip + Go is not liable for any errors or issues related to users or applications, including but not limited to incorrect, non-functional, or misleading links.
  • Users are solely responsible for adhering to applicable laws regarding the reporting of tips and gratuities received.

5. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Upload or link to malicious content that may harm the Site or other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or accounts belonging to other users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials on the Site, including logos, trademarks, designs, and software, are the property of Tap Tip + Go, its parent company, and protected by intellectual property laws of the United States of America.

8. Third-Party Links

Tap Tip + Go is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party links provided by users. The use of third-party platforms is governed by the terms of those respective platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tap Tip + Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Site.

Additionally, Tap Tip + Go is not liable if a user loses their employment for using our product at their place of employment in violation of their company's policies. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their employer's guidelines and policies.

10. Refund Policy

Tap Tip + Go does offer a limited 15-day refund policy and replacements for non-working products. To be eligible for a refund and/or replacement, customers must return the original product at their own shipping expense within 15 days of purchase. The GoBand™ must be undamaged and in its original condition. Upon return for a product refund, your Tap Tip + Go account and profile page will be deactivated. If you are receiving a replacement instead of a refund, your account will remain active, and you can continue to use your QR code in the meantime. 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap Tip + Go, its parent company, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses for any reason in perpetuity. 

12. Termination

Tap Tip + Go reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
